Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items, swimwear, and jewelry with broken seals are not eligible for return.
How To Return An Item
- Contact client care at returns@luxora.com with your order number
- Receive a prepaid return label and confirmation
- Pack the item securely with original tags and packaging
- Drop off at any authorized carrier location
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Indicate this when starting your return and we will prioritize shipping the replacement once the original item is received.
Processing Timeline
Once received, returns are inspected and processed within 5–7 business days. Refer to our Refund Policy for details on how refunds are issued.
